Tracking and delivery confirmation are included with every order, unless a no tracking option is selected. If you selected USPS, please wait to contact us about your package until 3 weeks after receiving your shipping notification, as they will not allow a claim prior to that period. Please note: UPS and FedEx will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They will not deliver to PO Boxes. Should you enter a PO Box, your order will be delayed until we receive a physical address.

USPS tracking is only available to certain countries. If your country does not accept USPS tracking there will no movement on the USPS.com site after the package departs the United States. However you may use the tracking number and track your package with your local postal carrier (ie. Canada Post, China Post).
Please keep in mind that every country has its own unique import and customs policies. If you are experiencing long delays, you should check with your local postal carrier for updated tracking information. Please understand delays due to Customs are beyond our control. Per USPS claim policy, please wait until 6 weeks after receiving your shipping notification email to contact us about your package.
Guidelines for USPS First-Class International shipping periods:
Canada – orders typically arrive in 1 or 2 weeks, but some can take up to 4 weeks.
Central America – orders typically arrive in 2-3 weeks, but some can take up to 5 weeks.
South America – orders typically arrive in 4-5 weeks, but some orders can take up to 8 weeks.
United Kingdom – orders typically arrive in just 2 weeks but some can take 3 or 4 weeks.
Rest of Europe – depending on which country, can take as long as 4-8 weeks.
Asia – orders typically arrive in 4-5 weeks, but some can take up to 8 weeks.
Africa – orders typically arrive in 4-5 weeks, but some can take up to 8 weeks.
Middle East – orders typically arrive in 3-4 weeks, but some can take up to 6-7 weeks.
Australia – orders typically arrive in 2-3 weeks, but some can take up to 4-5 weeks

We can only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses.
We ship the entire order when all items are ready, so please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items if you prefer to not wait on them for the rest of your items to ship.
LOST/DAMAGED BY POST OFFICE
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (8 weeks for international), please contact us. We will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.
